What To Expect
- Our staff have a combined experience of over 70 years of clinical animal care
- We are committed to developing trusting, long term relationships with clients. This includes taking time to answer all client questions and concerns, ensuring patients feel comfortable talking about every aspect of their pets’ care, and never making clients feel rushed out of exams or in decision making
- The benefit of an experienced vet is enhanced diagnostic skills and ability to do more complex surgeries. This means more cases can be successfully treated in-house and fewer cases have to be referred to specialty clinics.
- Dr. Nick Beck has over 20 years of clinical experience, Dr. Torkelson has over 15 years.
- Our small clinic size enables the doctors to discuss cases between each other, while at the same time ensures that clients are not shuffled between a multitude of practitioners. This also allows developing strong relationships with the vets and staff so clients feel like part of our ‘family’.
- Our philosophy is we ‘treat you like family’, this means that we treat clients as we would want to be treated, we foster long term relationships with clients and their pets, we don’t recommend procedures that are not necessary.
- We are transparent with our pricing. We do not discount in one area to increase in another (bait and switch). We use the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association fee guidelines in our pricing.
- Most clients who come to us for a second opinion, wind up staying.
- We have a dedicated Client Services team member who is committed to providing excellent customer service.
- We have a welcoming, bright waiting room and lots of parking!
